Payless Airport Shuttle private van ready for pickup

Our story

Payless Airport Shuttle is a family business that has been on the road since 2004. Our goal has always been simple: make every trip comfortable, reliable and worry-free, whether you are heading to the airport, your hotel, your home or a cruise ship.

We are based in Long Beach, close to Long Beach Airport, LAX and John Wayne Airport, and we specialize in transportation for families and groups traveling in Southern California. We are a small company, and proud of it. That lets us stay professional and friendly with every customer.

You may find cheaper rides out there. We keep our fares fair and reasonable so we can keep delivering the reliable, friendly service our customers count on, and our Google reviews show it.

What we stand for

Service above and beyond

Private, direct rides with no shared stops. Your driver helps with your bags and takes you straight to your destination, 24 hours a day when you reserve in advance.

Safety matters

Our drivers are trained and experienced. Unlike many larger companies, we provide child car seats and boosters, installed before pickup.

Rock solid reliability

Our drivers know the area and work as a team, tracking your flight or cruise arrival so someone is there when you land or walk off the ship.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We booked from the Camelot Inn & Suites (across from Disney Anaheim) to LAX. Our trip door-to-door was smooth and timely. Kim, our driver, was there a little ahead of schedule which allowed us to load our luggage and kids without stress. Then Kim dodged a major backup at the LAX departures lane by taking us to arrivals and instructing us to just take the elevator up one level to check-in. Much quicker! Kim helped make our trip home a smooth one.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have used this shuttle a handful of times due to the offering of car seats for my kids. We have essentially turned this shuttle service into the Disneyland bus!

Airport pick up with plenty of space and car seats so we don't have to travel with them. Then a pickup at the hotel back to the airport.

Easy and efficient!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We needed a shuttle from Long Beach airport to the NCL cruise terminal for six of us after we found out that NCL couldn't help us. From reservations to pick up and drop off, we couldn't have asked for better service! Prices were reasonable and the Payless staff communicated often with clear instructions. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Wonderful service and communication. Used Payless for our family to transfer from SNA airport and was happy how punctual they were. Communication was quick and they confirmed the trip the day before also were very flexible when our flight was delayed 3 hours. They also have car seats available for the little ones. Thanks!
