Is this a shared shuttle?
No. Every ride is direct and private, so there's no waiting for the van to fill up and no stops before yours.
Do I pay the whole fare online?
No. You pay a $1 booking fee online to reserve. You pay the fare to your driver at pickup by cash or card.
Do you have car seats?
Yes. We provide rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing toddler seats and boosters, installed before pickup. Add them when you book.
What if my flight is early or delayed?
We track your flight and your driver will be waiting when you land. If your flight changes, text us at 562-726-2210.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead, especially for large groups or car seats.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel by email at least 12 hours before pickup for a full refund. Returning cruise passengers need 24 hours' notice before the ship docks. Full policy.
